Join us for an approachable yoga class that combines both the movements you might expect from a gentle beginner class, with breath and chanting techniques. More active movements in the form of kriyas are sometimes incorporated. This class is suitable for people new to yoga or experienced practitioners wanting a slow but energetic class.

All you’ll need is a yoga mat, a cushion, some water and willingness.
